Outreach Week 11-12 - It's A Wrap

Our final week in Pattaya, Thailand was spent doing a variety of ministry ranging from children's ministry, prison evangelism, worship, and working with a ministry that brings the love of Jesus to the bars girls. We also spent much time interceding on behalf of the city, praying specifically for the seven spheres of influence: government, education, media, arts & entertainment, business, family, & religion. 

Before leaving for Canada, we got a chance to debrief on the nearby island of Koh Samed. With the beach at our backs, we answered questions about our trip. It was good to debrief & it helped bring closure to what we did for the last 80 days. Hearing each other highlight specific moments brought back fond memories & helped us see that although we experienced the same thing, we each saw things with a different set of eyes. Fresh perspectives are always refreshing. 

We returned to Canada for you guessed it, more debriefing as well as what to expect when you get home a.k.a. re-entry. One particular night we had a report back time in which we invited about 10 guests who had prayed & known about our trip. We planned a whole program of stories, dramas, and interactive songs all of which we did on outreach as to give our audience a taste of our trip. 

On our last night we got dressed up & went out to dinner for our final goodbye. 

Even though everyone is back home now, we know that what we just experienced in the last 6 months is something that will impact our lives forever. Thank you so much for your faithful prayers on behalf of our team! We appreciate it!
